For most countries, the age group between 15-25 years consists of an average of 16%. And this young group has the role of developing a country. If the political decision makers and shareholders can work hand in hand and implement one key element in the most effective way, these young people can be a countrys blessing. And the most important thing is Education. If they fail, it leads to the total disaster in the countrys social, political and economic aspects. There is nothing more dangerous than unemployed unread or underexhausted young people. Educational purposes and goals have changed drastically through each generation. Education should never be static. It must be able to meet peoples needs according to the society in which they live. This can easily be understood by distinguishing between the traditional education system and the modern education system. Education is not a privilege for a particular society or group of people. Today, almost all countries have accepted the truth that it is a citizens citizenship to educate themselves. But here comes the real question, implementing this right to education in real terms. In order for this to happen and worth the people, the education system in each of these countries must ensure four aspects. Lets find out what these aspects are.
Political decision makers and training shareholders should consider many factors while implementing the education structure and objectives, especially demographics in the country in question. They should be able to provide training for all citizens who fall into the age group. Thus, a countrys education system should be comprehensive according to demographic requirements. Childrens gardens, schools, universities should be established in relation to the population ratio. Not a single aspirant should be denied the right to education due to lack of educational infrastructure. So, Extensiveness has become the name of the game. It will be equality, for centuries, education was limited to just a certain society or a group of people. A large number of people are excluded from the opportunity to get the chance of education. It has changed in that attitude after long struggle. But its still a key factor - Equality for education. All citizens, regardless of any kind of social, economic and political barriers should have access to education that they deserve. We must ensure that excluded groups get the chance to participate in the education. Or it is the biggest failure of the whole nation, called a global family. It is the countrys responsibility to ensure that the Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) works equally proportional to the specific age group in that country. Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) or Gross Enrollment Index (GEI) is a statistical measure used in the education sector and the UN in its education index to determine the number of students enrolled in schools at several levels (such as primary and secondary schools) and use it to show the relationship between the number of students living in that country for those who qualify for the particular degree level.
Although most countries focused much on important aspects like scope and equality in education, there is an important issue that they have ever failed or never focused much on - Efficiency. The quality of the education they gave. The quality of education became secondary in relation to the number of options given to the students. If the education is without purpose, then how it can meet peoples needs, then the question arises, why this education? This can lead us to large mass educated but unemployed. There we will use them or how we will work out this. If the education of a country never meets the needs of a countrys financial needs or the skills expected of companies or organizations, all of these efforts to enrich the education system will be meaningless. Different educational thinkers have always questioned the responsibility for the education provided. Most employers have expressed concern that most of the graduates are unsuitable for the job. There are job opportunities, but there is a lack of qualified employees for the specific position. Then the question arises, what we need to learn or make them capable of. Here is the only solution, the skills of individuals should be identified, and they should be given the opportunity to excel in their trade. And even political decision-makers need to take into account what employers need, what skills they expect from their candidates. Unless these are considered, our educated group becomes useless for themselves and for the world. This should never happen.
